As Head of Sustainability for Valrhona I'm in charge of embedding sustainability into the company's core business model. Recent achievement was to turn Valrhona into a BCorp company. As President of Valrhona Fondation my role is also to involve as many people as possible to create a positive impact in cocoa and gastronomy.

After starting my career in Investment Banking in South America at BNP Paribas, I worked with social entrepreneurs for US NGO TechnoServe in Chile. I then moved to London where I managed a multi-million pound financial education programme funded by Lloyds Banking Group. I then worked as a sustainability consultant for HRH's Business in the Community, advising companies such as Unilever, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotel Group, KPMG, on their international sustainability strategy.
